Enjoy Seamless Access to Key Club Features at Your Fingertips
Project Goal:
To design a mobile app that enhances how Toronto Lawn members interact with the club by simplifying access to core services. The app was built to improve the overall member experience—making it easier to reserve courts and classes, register for events, and place café orders on the go.
My Role:
As the lead UI/UX designer, I worked in Figma to shape the user experience—from mapping out user flows and creating wireframes to developing high-fidelity prototypes. I collaborated closely with our marketing team on user research and persona development, and with Pacesetter to ensure the design aligned smoothly with backend functionality. I also contributed to the design of new features like the “To-Go Ordering” system, focusing on intuitive navigation, clean layouts, and accessibility for users of all ages.
